Reviving the Islamic Spirit Wrap Up

In the name of Allah the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful

We felt that it was important to share this information in hopes that for everyone who supports us understands how grateful P4E was in having the opportunity to share its work with the greater community.

Although, we had some logistical failures and a shortage of volunteers it did not take away from the overall success of the fund raising and outreach. We would like to thank Fouzan khan and his Organization and volunteers for an outstanding event.

Our total of approx. $70 000 was raised and even though our goal was $500 000. We felt as one attendee said "We did not plant a seed but we planted a forest in the hearts of the people". Overall we will continue to trust in our Lord and recognize that his plan is in place and our patience and trust in him will keep us going.

Theological Detox

Asalaam Alaikum,

In light of the arrests of the “Toronto18” and many individuals in the Muslim Community who hold deviant views of Islam the P4E started openly offering an opportunity for “Misguided Muslims” to participate in a program in which we work through their misinterpretations of Islam.

Masjid Al Noor started advocating publicly for a “Theological Detox” and involved several Community Leaders from the G.T.A.

Keeping in mind that since 2005, Muhammad Robert Heft was already active against “Do it yourself Islam” and several of the “Toronto 18” had been engaged prior to the arrests, it seemed only Natural as our Organization grew to adopt an official program.

P4E has helped many Brothers renounce their prior deviant views and by the Grace of Allah they are much more balanced in there approached to society.

The P4E operates independently from other Organizations but cooperates with other Organizations who share the same goals. Masjid Al Noor is focused on “Criminal Intervention” and Al Sunnah Society of Canada has its own “Theological program” in Mississauga.

Our program consists of three major components

Open Letter to Muslims

In the name of Allah the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Asalaamu Alaykum

I understand that many people  recieve   requests for Donations and during this recession it has become harder for people to give. I would however argue that considering that 100's of Masjids exist and none  of them  helps New Muslim Converts (P4E) in the G.T.A. The reason for mentioning this is because I find it hard to believe that with almost one million Muslims in Canada and with all the outreach and interfaith dialogue none of these organizations have taken the New Converts seriously.

I think the time has come for Muslims to take a moment out of their busy schedules and reflect on the gift of Islam. It is a gift that as a convert has not reached my family and friends. I of course understand that Allah is the guide but it still hurts when I see my father die as a Non Muslim and my grand mother and grand father and close friends. I attend Janaza (Funeral prayers) for my Muslim Community in hopes that Allah keeps them away from any punishments and gives them Al Firdos but with my own family I am left to wonder what it would be like if my mother became Muslim and died as a believer.

I guess part of my drive in what I do with P4E comes from my sincere desire for guidance for mankind and especially my family. But forgive me for saying this but I sometimes think to myself that my efforts of reaching out are better served to the average Canadian then to most Islamic Organizations.  With Canadians for example they do not care how long my beard is or whether I am a Salafi or Tabliqi or Sufi. They are more interested in how I treat them and what kind of person I am.

Introduction to P4E (Paradise Forever)

What is P4E?

The P4E (Paradise Forever) is not just another Muslim Support Centre, it is an approach and visionary way of making available much needed services in our community. We have a modest centre in its early stages of development and have been working hard to fulfill and to provide a variety of support services, proper Islamic Knowledge, a place for refuge, classes (halaqas), social gatherings and events for Muslims new and old.

The primary vision of the P4E Support Centre is to share  Traditional Knowledge of Islam which, if applied with sincere intention and wisdom offers perfect solutions as well as answers to all of contemporary life’s situations and questions.

P4E utilizes Media, Da’wah and Islamic literature to spread a rational and balanced view of Islam. At the same time, P4E is at the forefront of building bridges and cooperating for peace and justice by working with CSIS, the RCMP, Members of the Government of Canada and local Police. By the grace and mercy of Allah (SWT), P4E’s ambition is to rid the world of its ignorance toward Islam and to counter the dual infections of Terrorism and Radicalization that plagues our society today.

So what has P4E been up to?
